Founder

Charity Babatunde

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) with over 20 years eclectic work experience, is the founder of RAVE Et Al Limited, a social enterprise that has over the past 10 years been providing various capacity building programs for children/teens and young adults in the area of values, life skills and digital citizenship education. Their programs which are delivered at various schools and children/ teen camps, have impacted over 2500 youths, equipping them with the skills they need to “do life” successfully - offline and online.

The No. 1 DQ (Digital Intelligence Quotient) expert in Africa and pioneer DQ Ambassador in Nigeria, Charity is at the forefront of championing the #DQEveryChild initiative, a unique global education movement and is the lead facilitator for the RAVE Digital Citizenship Program. Both programs are delivered to promote responsible digital citizenship and empower the younger generation stay safe, make wise choices and thrive online.

A certified life coach and the convener of The ParentInvestment RoundTable, Charity’s articles on her blog www.parentinvestment.com, the weekly “What We Wish Our Parents Knew (#WWWOPK)” program on YouTube and her eBook – “Drugs & Substance Abuse: A Naija Parents Guide To Having The Talk”, continue to help parents and “parent-figures” take a proactive approach to parenting in this digital age.

Charity, who is a strong advocate for the building of a society where success is driven by values, is married with two amazing young adult children who have equipped her with the much-needed practical experience for this wonderful journey of parenting.
