Olayinka has over 30 eclectic years international experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development, Business Strategy Design and Implementation, Human Resources Management and Administration, and in the computerization of financial operations in the financial services, public, manufacturing and non-profit sectors.
She has travelled extensively in Asia and Africa studying human resource management styles, poverty alleviation and women empowerment programs, feasible rural and urban development business models especially in India, Thailand, Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana.
Olayinka has worked with several community banks in the transformation process to full-fledged Microfinance Banks in the areas of corporate governance, product development, capacity building and the formation of self-help groups in the Microfinance Bank’s target area. She also developed and implemented training programs for the micro entrepreneur group members. She has developed rural empowerment programs that have been implemented in Ogun State and Rivers State in Nigeria.
Olayinka who sits on the board of several companies, is very involved in solving social problems particularly as it relates to vulnerable and at-risk women and children.
